Omg, 🌟 the convenience of being right next to grand central station was a game-changer! the beds were just right, not too hard or soft. Only downside was the outrageously expensive breakfast. Staff were so helpful though!

The hotel's central location near Grand Central Station was super convenient. The room quality was top-notch, and the breakfast spread was excellent. Some minor hiccups like missing amenities were quickly resolved by the friendly staff. A few tweaks, and it'd be perfect!

I had a really nice stay. Efficient staff, newly renovated room, in general I liked this gorgeous hotel. The restaurant was good for breakfast or meals, I tried excellent dishes. There was a large bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets.

I LOVED the location right by Grand Central Station! Close to Fifth Avenue and the NY Public Library. the room had all the workable equipment, but the bathroom shelf was a bit inconvenient. Would stay again for the prime location. Staff can be friendlier than in photos.

The rooms were amazing with a lovely view of the station and street, plus the staff at the concierge and front desk were super friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. We enjoyed unwinding with the daily $15 credit at the hotel market shop and found it awesome to chill out with a drink after a day of exploring. The only downside was the valet parking taking longer than expected, but the manager quickly resolved the issue, ensuring it didn't dampen our fantastic stay! 🌟

Contemporary hotel, the staff were all consistently courteous and fabulous and the location was unbeatable very close to main tourist sites. The bed was very comfy and the room itself was cheap. Easy check-in, late check-out.

Our upgrade to a two-bedroom suite at Hyatt Grand was fantastic. the space was wonderful, with comfortable beds in each room and a total of three bathrooms, which was perfect for our family with kids. the location was great for exploring the city, and we appreciated the kind front desk staff and maintenance team.

The location of this hotel is fantastic for exploring New York City! It's super central, with easy access to public transportation, great restaurants, and entertainment options. the staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and it was close to everything we wanted to see.

One thing that could be improved is the valet system for dropping off and retrieving cars. It seemed a bit disorganized and could be more efficient.

The very good geographical situation, the comfort of the beds

We booked a deluxe room and were assigned a room with an old-fashioned bathroom and a tiny basin. We asked for a change and got a much bigger bathroom but with a shower as unpleasant . 3$ for luggage storage when you pay a 1700$ bill is pretty petty . A lot of mistake in the bill when leaving the hotel which charges things that were included in our offer.

The best ideal central hotel I ever visited before now. Everyone from the staff was pleasant. Its location was central, an easy walk to A 102-Story Art Deco Skyscraper. Plenty of food for breakfast, everything was outstanding. Early check-in was a bonus.

the hyatt at 42nd street was so clean and close to everything we wanted to do in the city. the staff gave great recommendations for nearby breakfast spots. they also moved us to a bigger room free of charge when they found out our daughter is pregnant.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, right next to Grand Central Terminal and the Chrysler Building. We loved the convenience of being able to hop off the train and be in our room within minutes. the room itself was spacious and the bathroom was nice. the gym being open 24/7 was a bonus, and we appreciated the daily market allowance that allowed us to grab a quick bite and explore the city early in the morning.

Venture off to unique gourmet shops along tree-lined streets. I discovered a delightful little bakery just a few blocks away that made the most heavenly croissants. It was like biting into a cloud! The local shops and cafes truly added a charming touch to my stay.
